Private Lessons for Human Service Professionals

This unique mentoring arrangement allows human service professionals the opportunity to develop for themselves a self-styled continuing education experience, one that is crafted specifically to the trainee’s personal learning desires, learning style, financial considerations, schedule, and continuing education requirements. Participants work directly with our staff to develop course objectives, a schedule, and a title for their personalized continuing education program. The actual program begins only after the staff of The Post-Graduate Training Program has made certain that the program has been approved for continuing education units by the appropriate governing bodies. Some participants in Private Lessons choose to partner with one to three additional participants, reducing the fee for each person. Typically, Private Lessons last 45 minutes, though half sessions and double sessions are not uncommon.
